Chef-Prepared. Organic. Homemade with Love.
Good nutrition is the foundation of healthy development. At Bridges Early Learning, every meal is prepared fresh, in-house, by a culinary school graduate using organic ingredients.
No pre-packaged snacks. No mystery ingredients. Just real, delicious food made with care.
Every meal prepared fresh from scratch, every day.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, and quality proteins.
We grow it, harvest it, and cook it together!
Learning about nutrition through hands-on cooking.
Unlike typical daycare settings where meals are an afterthought, Bridges puts nutrition front and center.
My culinary school education and nutrition certification mean your child receives restaurant-quality meals designed specifically for growing bodies. I understand food safety, proper preparation techniques, and how to make nutritious food that children actually want to eat.
I don't believe in kids' menus full of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese from a box. Children deserve real food, prepared with skill and care. And when it's good, they eat it.
Menus rotate seasonally and incorporate garden harvests.
| Day | Breakfast | Lunch | Snack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Scrambled eggs, wheat toast, fruit | Chicken stir-fry with vegetables & rice | Hummus with carrots & crackers |
| Tuesday | Yogurt parfait with granola & berries | Black bean quesadillas with avocado | Apple slices with sunflower butter |
| Wednesday | Oatmeal with banana & cinnamon | Pasta with turkey meat sauce & broccoli | Homemade banana muffin & cheese |
| Thursday | Veggie egg muffins with fruit | Salmon cakes with sweet potato & peas | Fresh fruit salad with yogurt |
| Friday | Whole grain pancakes with fruit | Homemade chicken soup with bread | Trail mix with dried fruit & cheese |
Our garden isn't just for show — we actually eat what we grow!
Children participate in planting, watering, harvesting, and preparing our garden produce. This hands-on experience teaches where food comes from, builds responsibility, and makes children more willing to try new foods.
We work closely with families to accommodate food allergies, sensitivities, cultural requirements, and dietary preferences.
We maintain a nut-free environment and are vigilant about cross-contamination. All allergies are documented and strictly observed.
